Rithivit Tep
Since 1993, Rithi has helmed, advised, and raised funds for impactful and profitable organizations throughout the Kingdom of Cambodia. Most notably, he has served as CEO various waste management companies, he advises ministries and government committees, and has the honor to be Vice-President of the Asian Tennis Federation as well as the Secretary General of Tennis Cambodia.
As the Founding Partner and Chairman of Devenco, Rithi excels in facilitating foreign investment thanks to his profound knowledge of the Cambodian market and the close relationships he has fostered within the public sector.
Michel Pasche
Formerly the Head of European Private Banking for a major Swiss institution, Michel also has an extensive background in Estate & Wealth Management. In 2019, he founded Tennis Cambodia 4 Kids Switzerland (TC4KS) as a passion project aimed at giving back to the community.
As Executive Partner and Shareholder, Michel provides financial advisory services and leverages his decades of expertise to deliver insight and guidance.
